RESL

The Resources Unit Leader in the Planning Section manages all incident check-in and tracking, maintains the master resource list (status, location, and assignment), and produces the Incident Action Plan (IAP). They report to the Planning Section Chief and ensure all resources are accounted for and efficiently used.
