Resource Evaluation Toolkit

Evaluating your personnel is a key component to "iron sharpening iron" and the continuous improvement of passing on your knowledge and experience to the next generation. There is one of the tools that is largely aimed at the traditional ICS positions, while the other is aimed at EOC type positions.  With a little bit of configuration, you could bring in forms from one to the other.
