The Procurement Unit Leader in ICS, reporting to the Finance/Administration Section Chief, manages all financial matters regarding vendor contracts, leases, and fiscal agreements. They acquire goods/services, ensure compliance with agency policy, and manage the Equipment Time Recorder (EQTR) and Incident Contract Project Inspector (ICPI).
