Demobilization Unit Leader

The Demobilization Unit Leader (DMOB) reports to the Planning Section Chief and is responsible for creating and implementing the Demobilization Plan and the ICS Form 221's, ensuring safe, orderly, and efficient release of resources. They identify excess resources, schedule releases, manage check-out, and coordinate with Operations and Logistics.
