The Staging Area Manager reports to the Operations Section Chief and manages all activities within a designated staging area to support incident operations. Key responsibilities include organizing, securing, and layout out the site, maintaining resource check-in/out, tracking resource status, and facilitating rapid deployment (typically within 3 minutes).
