The Cost Unit Leader in ICS is responsible for tracking all incident costs, providing daily cost estimates, and recommending cost-saving measures to the Finance/Administration Section Chief. Working within the Finance/Administration Section, they document, analyze, and report on personnel, equipment, and supply expenditures to ensure financial accountability.
