Hazard annexes (or incident annexes) in an Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) are specialized sections that outline specific actions, roles, and strategies for managing particular threats identified in a hazard analysis, such as earthquakes, floods, or terrorism. They detail unique response procedures tailored to the hazard, complementing the general functional roles in the Basic Plan.
