ESF - Other ESF Topics and Examples

Non-traditional Emergency Support Functions (ESFs) in an Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) are specialized annexes that go beyond the standard 15 federal ESFs (e.g., Transportation, Firefighting) to address specific community needs, critical infrastructure, or unique hazards.  Some of these often include National Guard utilization, Volunteer & Donations Management, Personnel Management, Cybersecurity, and others.
