The Food Unit Leader n ICS, reporting to the Logistics Section Chief (LSC), is responsible for planning and overseeing all aspects of feeding personnel, including menu planning, potable water supply, food safety, and sanitation. They manage cooking facilities, coordinate with vendors, supervise staff (e.g., camp crews), and maintain unit logs (ICS 214).
