The Facilities Unit Leader, reporting to the Logistics Section Chief, manages all incident facilities, including the Incident Command Post (ICP), base, and spike camps. Responsibilities include establishing, securing, maintaining, and demobilizing facilities, providing sanitation and sleeping arrangements, and supervising camp managers.
