RCDM

The Receiving and Distribution Manager (RCDM) is a specialized position within the Logistics Section of the Incident Command System (ICS), primarily responsible for managing the supply storage area, receiving incoming deliveries, and distributing equipment and supplies to personnel during wildland fire incidents or other disasters. RCDMs ensure that supplies are properly documented, securely stored, and tracked from arrival to final demobilization.
