SPUL

The Supply Unit Leader in ICS is responsible for ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing all incident-related personnel, supplies, and equipment. Reporting to the Logistics Section Chief, the SPUL manages inventory levels, supervises the Supply Area (including RCDM/ORDM), and ensures resource accountability.
