The Planning Support Section in an Incident Support Model (ISM) EOC manages the planning process, developing the Incident Action Plan (IAP), conducting situational analysis, and anticipating future needs. It focuses on maintaining battle rhythm, CO-OPS (current ops), and FUOPS (future ops) to support field operations.
