Integrated Preparedness Plan & Annual Report Toolkit
The Integrated Preparedness Plan (IPP) is designed to provide a well-rounded look at your "left of bang" activities to help prepare your jurisdiction or agency more fully. This toolkit allows you to "sketch" out a living plan throughout the year with your POETE elements (planning, organizing, equipping, training, exercising) and activities across the coming three years. This toolkit brings the "simultaneous product generation" efficiency of our other tools to allow you to "print" your report(s) whenever you like with your most current and up-to-date information. In short, it serves as both a planning (the verb) document and as a plan (the noun). As a bonus, if you keep the document current throughout the year, you can easily print a series of professional annual report style documents quickly and easily. This toolkit is designed to help you as a local jurisdiction (only) create and print your IPP documents easily and professionally.
This is very similar to the individual version (and you can print individual documents/reports out of this one), but it also brings regional/state/etc style roll-up functionality. You can use this toolkit to pull statistics-style reports and take advantage of some of the automatically built reports.
